Sealed bids are invited from qualified contractors for a multi-year service contract to clean vacant apartments at seven public housing developments in the City of Medford, MA. The contract term is for three years, and the estimated total contract cost shall not exceed $150,000. The award will be made to the responsible and responsive vendor offering the best price. Bids must comply with minimum wage rates as required by law, including the Davis Bacon Wage Act and M.G.L. Chapter 149. The process is subject to relevant federal and state statutes and is open to equal opportunity and Section 3 Business Concerns. The Medford Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive formalities or irregularities, and make awards in the best interest of the Authority and the public.
