Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking Vendors for the provision of Demand Maintenance - Window Refurbishment and Glazing. The scope includes work in occupied units and common spaces on an as-needed basis for TCHC and Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation (TSHC). The work includes, but is not limited to: general window and glazing repair and/or replacement; patio and balcony door repair and/or replacement; screen replacement; window/door hardware (locks, cranks, etc.); and building and commercial spaces main entrance glazing and doors repair/replacement. Complete windows replacement, retrofit, and renovation or work covered under Planned Capital Programs is excluded. TCHC is seeking a minimum of three Vendors for windows, doors repair, and glazing services, divided into three geographical groups (West, Central, East). Proponents must submit online proposals consisting of mandatory requirements, Pricing Form, and Rated Criteria Form, through TCHC's e-Procurement Portal. Proposals sent via email or other manners will be disqualified. Each proponent must register on the portal, read all documents, complete and upload all required forms, and, if submitting jointly, identify one lead legal entity with others as subcontractors.
