In general, the project includes the abatement and complete demolition of the Former Walton Elementary School Buildings and related site items and facilities. An asbestos and other regulated materials abatement is part of the contract and must be performed prior to demolition of each portion of the overall facilities. This abatement must be in accordance with the specifications and with all applicable regulations. The foundations and footings of the demolished buildings shall be removed, backfilled, along with other items as shown on the drawings and finished to seeded lawn.
