Scope of Work includes: FM 360 Improvements For Talon Ridge for Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 273, Fort Bend County, Texas. Instructions to bidders: Sealed bids must be addressed to Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 273 and received electronically or at the office of LJA Engineering, Inc. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total bid amount, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the contract and execute the required bonds and insurance certificates within seven (7) days after receiving the contract documents. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the original must be delivered to the bid opening address within one business day of the bid opening. Bidding documents may be examined or obtained upon payment. Bidders submitting electronic bids must comply with Owner's Electronic Bidding Rules and submit through the specified website. By submitting a bid, the bidder agrees that contract documents may be executed using an electronic signature. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive defects and irregularities in bidding except for the time for submitting a bid.
