Bids without check or bidders bond will not be considered Plans and specifications will be available for review at the offices of LJA Engineering, Inc., Associated General Contractors of Texas, and Amtek Information Service, Inc. The right is reserved, as the interest of the Owner may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, materials and other requirements as set forth herein or as required to perform and complete in a workmanlike and expeditious manner, with adequate, skilled and competent workmen, in strict compliance with the Contract Documents, the rules, regulations and standards of the Development Standards Committee of The Woodlands, all applicable Federal, State, County and Municipal regulations, customs, codes, laws and ordinances, and in conformity with the directions of Owner, Owner's Superintendent or the Architect/Engineer, the following (herein called "the Work"):
