For Location A, the work consists of 2.0" HMA Surface Removal, then construction of a 0.75" lift of Leveling Binder (MM) N50, then construction of a 1.5" lift of HMA Surface Course, IL-9.5, Mix "C", N50. For Location B, the work consists of 3.75" HMA Surface Removal, then construction of a 2.25" lift of HMA Binder Course IL-19.0, N50 and a 1.5" lift of HMA Surface Course, IL-9.5, Mix "C", N50. Project Location: Haligus Rd and Union Rd Proposals requiring prequalification of bidders will be issued only to those contractors who are qualified with the Department of Transportation. Prequalification forms may be secured from the Engineer of Construction, Administration Building, 2300 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, IL 62764.
