Reference number: 20123465 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-03-09 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 36 Description The work covered by this contract consists of maintaining granular surface roadways. Scraping work begins around April 15 each year and ends around November 10 of the same year, according to the scraping schedule provided with this call for tenders, in order to keep the municipal roads of the Municipality of St-Mathieu-d'Harricana in good condition. The bidder must submit a bid bond with their bid. This bid bond must take one of the following forms: a) A letter of commitment to be issued to the bidder if their bid is accepted, guaranteeing performance covering one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. a) A letter of commitment to be issued in favor of the bidder if their bid is accepted, a performance bond covering one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. This letter of commitment must be issued by a company that holds an insurer's license in guarantee, issued by the Inspector General of Financial Institutions. OR b) A certified check from the bidder made payable to the Municipality, covering ten percent (10%) of the bid. The certified check of an unsuccessful bidder will be returned to them once the Municipality has selected a bid.
