These services mainly include, but are not limited to, the following activities: - Implementation of and compliance with a maintenance programme for cooling towers and chillers; - Sampling and analysis of water from water tower systems and circuits; Identification of issues with regard to thresholds; - Visual, mechanical and acoustic inspection; - Cleaning; - Issuing of various reports. All work must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturers' recommendations and the most stringent standards, unless otherwise specified in this call for tenders or by the CSSMB representative. Type of contract This is a service contract comprising a fixed-price component and an on-demand component. 1. Fixed-price component: Inspections and maintenance, including cleaning, sampling and analysis. 2. On-demand component: Service calls outside of periodic inspections and maintenance. This contract shall have an initial term of approximately one year, from the date of award until 30 April 2027.
