Electronic bids will be received for the 2026 Summit County 441 (449) Resurfacing Program - South. You must be registered as a vendor to download the bid documents. Hard copies will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. The County reserves the right to reject all bids. The proposed work consists of resurfacing various County, Copley Twp and Springfield Twp. The project will include: milling, making pavement repairs, Chip Seal prior to resurfacing, an asphalt concrete leveling and surface course,and applying new pavement markings. The above items will be as directed by the Engineer. The following list describes the scope of work for each road.
