The work is for City of Crittenden Street Rehabilitation & Parking Lot. The project requires furnishing labor and materials and performing all work as set forth by the advertisement, general conditions, specifications, and/or drawings as prepared by Hicks & Mann, Inc. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope as "Sealed Bids for City of Crittenden; City of Crittenden Street Repairing. Not to be opened until March 10th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m." If mailed, the sealed bid envelope must be enclosed in another envelope and mailed to the specified city address, allowing sufficient time for delivery before the scheduled closing time. The City may consider any bid informal if not prepared and submitted per the advertisement and specifications and reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The successful bidder must provide necessary Certificates of Insurance and Performance and Payment Bonds within ten calendar days after receiving the Notice of Award. Quantities in the bid proposal are estimates; final payment will be based on unit prices and actual or plan quantities of work performed. "Equal Employment Opportunity" applies.
