District : 99 Selection Method : Expanded Letter of Response Plain Language Description : The Department requires the professional services of a consultant to support the Office of Policy Planning (OPP) in performing various tasks such as updating and implementing the Florida Transportation Plan, planning studies, framework and consistency, planning and environment linkages, metropolitan, non-metropolitan and rural planning; community planning; resilience and other environmental issues, emerging technology and transportation; partner and community engagement; conference planning; multimodal planning. and other activities of Office of Policy Planning. Some specific tasks examples are developing transportation policy recommendations and guidance, developing implementation guidance, such as handbooks, training materials, webinars; conducting peer reviews, information searches, or other analyses, analyzing and applying trends related to transporation, coordinating and providing expertise on public and partner involvement.
