Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Albany, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

Project includes removal of existing roofing materials and installation of a new roof system, including all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. All bidders must hold appropriate state and local licensing, carry required insurance (general liability and workers' compensation), be in good standing to perform public work, and provide references upon request. Proof of insurance and licensing may be required prior to award. Sealed bids must be received by the specified deadline and be clearly marked. Late bids will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid deemed most responsive and responsible in the best interest of the City.
