Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Idabel, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the following work: Rehabilitation of existing intake structure; construction of pretreatment basin; rapid mix and splitter box; two 75’ solids contact clarifiers; four gravity multi-media filters; 1.4-million-gallon prestressed concrete clearwell; 1 ton cylinder chlorine disinfection system in CMU building; chemical feed systems in metal building; office/lab/operations/shop in metal building; high service, transfer, and backwash pumps in metal building; concrete-lined waste ponds with decanters and decant lift station; backup generator with automatic transfer switch; associated piping, flow measurement, and miscellaneous equipment with appurtenances; associated SCADA and electrical system with appurtenances including elevated storage tanks connection to new SCADA system; demolition of existing water treatment plant building, clarifiers, filters, and chemical building. Bidders are required to register at the designated bidding website as a plan holder to access bidding documents, which must be obtained from the designated site. All further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are provided in the instructions to bidders included in the bidding documents. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities in bids, and reject nonconforming or conditional bids. Question Deadline 03/05/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing via Designated Website. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
