The scope of work includes the collection and disposal of residential solid waste, recycling, yard waste, and bulky items for all single-family homes located in the city. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT” and delivered to the City of Troy, Attn: City Clerk, 800 Cap Au Gris, Troy, MO 63379. Proposals submitted via email or received after the deadline will not be considered. Proposals will not be publicly opened. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Any contract awarded is subject to approval by the Board of Aldermen.
