Site work for a water / sewer project in Troy, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of relocating approximately 3,020 feet of 10" PVC waterline and related appurtenances along Highway 47 to accommodate a MODOT road relocation project. Bids shall be on a unit price basis and the contract shall be awarded as a single prime contract. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders. E-Verify and the OSHA ten-hour certificates shall be furnished by the winning bidder upon award of the project. There shall not be a pre-bid conference for this project. Question Deadline 02/20/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Work will be substantially completed by May 4, 2026, and completed and ready for final payment by May 13, 2026.
