**As of February 25th, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded Tomorrow** he City of Wright City is seeking bids for the overlay of Stuerman Road. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes labeled Stuerman Road Overlay Phase 2 and delivered to City Hall, 636 Westwoods Rd., Wright City, Mo. 63390. To obtain a copy of the bid packet, bidders should email aogborn@wrightcitymo.gov. SCOPE OF WORK The project is estimated to be 120 square yards of rock patches to be paved and 2,283 linear feet of roadway to be overlayed. However, interested bidders are required to take their own measurements as the City will not guarantee the accuracy of the estimated area as provided for the sole purpose of conveying project scale. A. Generally, work shall consist of: I. Milling 6 of existing rock patches and installing 6 of asphalt pavement in two lifts. Clean, tack coat at a rate of 0.05 minimum and pave with a 2 asphalt overlay, starting 300 to the east of Timber Trails Dr. and overlay the entirety of Stuerman Road heading west. II. Supply all signage and flaggers for proper traffic control during the project. III. Identify and notify the City of any existing and/or potential problems with the roadway or other related road structures and materials. Clean up any debris at the end of each work day. IV. Paint solid double lined centerlines (yellow waterborne pavement paint, type P beads)
