Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 30,000-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The work includes, but is not limited to, site preparation, excavation, grading, and compaction, as well as the installation of underground utilities, storm and sanitary drainage, paving, curbs, and associated site infrastructure. All work must comply with the project drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all project documentation to ensure a full understanding of the requirements. Other Requirements: - Contractors must be properly licensed, insured, be union-affiliated and compliant with WSIB and other regulatory requirements. - Performance and/or payment bonds may be required as outlined in the bid documents. - The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to award based on best value, not necessarily the lowest bid.
