This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Toronto Public Library Board to prospective qualified proponents to submit a proposal for the provision of comprehensive Grounds redevelopment design services for five TPL branches. The scope of work includes grounds design and construction assistance as further described in The Deliverables. Proposals should address the requirements for the redevelopment of the grounds at the specified branches. Bidders must attend ALL site visits on Wednesday, February 18th and Thursday, February 19th and sign the attendance sheet in order to submit a bid. The site visit will begin at 10:00 a.m. on BOTH Days.
