Renovation of a laboratory facility in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Repair damaged concrete flooring and apply a polyaspartic coating to the entire building floor at the Carl Hayden and Southwest Watershed Research Center. Work includes removal and preparation of deteriorated concrete surfaces, patching and leveling as required, and installation of a durable polyaspartic floor coating system in accordance with manufacturer specifications to provide a seamless, protective finish throughout the facility. All labor, materials, equipment, and preparation necessary to complete the flooring repair and coating application must be provided. Questions Questions shall be submitted via email to david.reynolds2@usda.gov and are due no later than March 4, 2026, at 06:30AM CST. This will ensure there is enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email. Period for acceptance of offers. The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
