Solicitation is amended to announce organized site visits, extend the request for information deadline to 2:00 PM CDT on March 12, 2026, and extend the quote due date to 2:00 PM CDT on March 20, 2026. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Organized site visits have been scheduled for March 3, 2026 at 10:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) and March 4, 2026 at 1:00 PM CST. The same information will be provided at both site visits, so offerors only need to attend one. Contractors wishing to attend the site visit must RSVP by emailing josh.dobereiner@usda.gov by March 2, 2026 at 3:00 PM CST with the names of attendees, company they are with, and company(s) they are representing. A Government issued photo ID is required for attendance. The site visit will be held for the purpose of providing contractors with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the site, which may be helpful in the preparation of quotes. Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory for quote submission; however, failure to visit the site will not relieve or mitigate the successful contractor's responsibility and obligation to fully comply with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained and/or referenced in this document. Acknowledgement of amendment is required with proposal submission by either returning a signed copy of the SF-30 or completing section 19 on the SF-1442. Well repair services are required, including all labor, materials, equipment, and performance necessary to complete the work described in the Statement of Work. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quotation for commercial items and is set aside for small business c oncerns under NAICS 237110, with a size standard of $45.0 million. All requirements, instructions, and evaluation criteria are provided in the solicitation terms and the Statement of Work, and questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer by the designated deadline.
