The Northwest Territories Power Corporation (NTPC) is seeking a qualified Consultant to perform a comprehensive condition assessment of the spillway system at the Snare Hydro facility. The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate the current electrical, mechanical and civil conditions affecting gate operability and winter performance, identify deficiencies, and provide recommendations to support future reliability, safety, and a heating system replacement initiatives.
