Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Ontonagon, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Mobilization to Ontonagon Harbor in Ontonagon County, Michigan, Port Wing Harbor in Port Wing, Bayfield County, Wisconsin, and Cornucopia Harbor in Cornucopia, Bayfield County, Wisconsin to perform maintenance dredging at the locations shown in the plans. Material dredged from Ontonagon and Port Wing Harbors will be placed at designated nearshore placement sites. Material dredged from Cornucopia (Outer) Harbor will be placed at the nearshore location indicated in the contract drawings. Work may be performed in any sequence. After completion, demobilization from all sites is required. If option work is awarded, mobilization to Cornucopia (Inner) Harbor will be required to complete dredging within specified limits and place material as shown in the plans, followed by final demobilization.
