Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Concord Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of April 16th, 2026, this project has been awarded to Brendan Stanton Inc and McKenney Construction.** The Project includes upgrades at the Paul Lane Pump Station. For Contract No. 25-1, the scope of work generally includes partial demolition of the existing pump station structures; installation of Owner-furnished pump station equipment; replacement of suction and discharge piping; necessary site grading; and associated work identified in the Contract Documents. For Contract No. 25-2, the scope of work includes replacement of the electrical components at the pump station, installation of buried and exposed conduit and wiring, installation of Owner-furnished emergency generator and pad, control panels and systems, electrical power and distribution work, and associated work identified in the Contract Documents. Separate Bids will be received for General Construction (Contract No. 25-1) and Electrical Construction (Contract No. 25-2). Bids must be submitted on a lump-sum basis for each contract. This Project generally includes upgrades at Pual Lane Pump Station. The scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to, partial demolition of the existing pump station structure; abandonment of one manhole, conversion of the existing wet well to an influent manhole, installation of owner procured pump mate; installation of owner procured submersible pumps; installation of a owner procured generator and transfer switch; replacement of the pump discharge piping, force main and related appurtenances; associated site improvements; installation of E&S controls; related electrical and mechanical work; and associated work identified in the Contract Documents. Project Location: Paul Lane Pump Station Paul Lane Glen Mills, PA Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond must be furnished with the Bid in an amount not less than ten percent (10%). All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents must be submitted via PennBID; telephone inquiries are not accepted. Bidders must comply with all State anti-bid-rigging regulations, submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid, and comply with statutes, rules, and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and preservation of public natural resources. The project is subject to the Public Works Employment Verification Act, requiring the use of the Federal Government's E-Verify system for all workers. All Bidders must submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a contract award precondition. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies. All Bids are irrevocable for sixty (60) days after Bid opening. Businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the basis of gender, race, color, creed, sex, age, physical disability, or national origin. The owner reserves the right to waive defects or reject any or all proposals.
