Sealed bids will be received by Duval County Public Schools for the construction of the New Pickett Elementary School, located at 6305 Old Kings Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32254. Bids must be delivered to DCPS Purchasing Services, 1701 Prudential Drive, Suite 322, Jacksonville, FL 32207. Bids received after the specified deadline will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the same location. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at DCPS Purchasing Services, 1701 Prudential Drive, Room 307, Jacksonville, FL 32207, followed by a site visit. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not required as a condition of bid responsiveness.
