This project consists of renovating roughly 72,000 GBSF and 69 total units, as well as some associated sitework. Scopes of Work include: Architectural Woodwork, Cabinetry & Trim, Wood Trim Suppliers and Installers, Thermal Insulation, Shingle Roofing, Vinyl and Fiber- Cement Siding, Membrane / Flat Roofing, Doors, Frames & Hardware Suppliers and Subcontractors, Sectional Overhead Doors, Drywall, Metal Studs-Acoustic Ceilings, Resilient & Carpet Flooring, Painting, Toilet and Bath Accessories, Residential Appliances, Appliance Installation, Window Treatment, Residential Cabinets, Countertops, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Paving. Planting and Landscaping, Final Cleaning. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 6.00% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) MBE Goal: 20.00% WBE Goal: 10.00% Exterior and interior renovations of existing multi-family apartment building (roughly 72,000 GBSF and 69 units) and some associated sitework.
