Quotes are requested for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and all necessary and incidental work for the Senior Grant Program Construction Rehabilitation Services at the specified property. All work must comply with the requirements in the referenced Statement of Work. Bidders must submit quotes using the provided Quote Sheet, including required forms, proof of contractor's license, EPA certification, and insurance coverage, accompanied by a company cover letter. Submission procedures, labeling, and confirmation instructions are provided. Contractors must agree to execute the standard contract if awarded, and contract execution is contingent upon homeowner grant approval. This is an informal solicitation, and LACDA reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to issue supplementary information.
