Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 315,000-square-foot, 10-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

All trade partners must prequalify with the General Contractor. This is a new 10 story 315,000 SF facility that combines outpatient pharmacy and lab services, diagnostic and treatment, ambulatory surgical suites, multi-specialty clinics, and ambulatory surgical suites.
