The City of Tomball is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering/Architectural/Surveying Firm (individual/firm) to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections. These services will assist in application preparation and project implementation of a Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) contract, if awarded, to support an Infrastructure Improvement Project in the City of Tomball. Sealed qualifications should be addressed as directed and labeled appropriately. Proposals will be accepted until the specified deadline. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents, to accept or reject any submittal, and to make necessary investigations concerning the bidder’s ability to provide the required services. During the period between the RFQ submission date and contract award, respondents and their agents are prohibited from promoting their submission to City Council or staff outside of City-sponsored inquiries or presentations. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
