Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Iraan, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

In general, the project consists of Athletic Upgrades which includes but is not limited to: dirt work, utility work, concrete paving, concrete walks, concrete slabs, structural steel, steel joists, metal deck, standing seam metal roofing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Project also includes construction of field events including but not limited to discus, shot put, long jump, triple jump and pole vault. Interior finishes include but are not limited to: steel studs and drywall, paint, acoustical ceiling, fire extinguishers and cabinets, toilet accessories, plaque, and identifying devices. Proposal security in the form of a Proposal Bond (Section 00 61 00) made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to 5% of the largest possible total of the proposal will be required for all proposals. Guaranty Bonds in the form of a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond may be required from any subcontractor whose proposal is in excess of $100,000 at the option of the Construction Manager.
