Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Helena, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The State of Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and United States Bureau of Land Management (BLM) are seeking a third-party contractor to provide a joint environmental impact statement (EIS) of the Bridger Pipeline Expansion (BPE) Major Facility Siting Act (MFSA) applicatoin for a certificate of compliance issued by DEQ to construct and operate an oil pipeline. The Contractor will prepare an EIS analyzing the potential environmental impacts of the Project authorizing the Project along with various other operational facilities to support the pipeline in accordance with the Montana Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
