Demolition and renovation of a fire / police facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Provide contracting services for small interior renovations, construction fit-up projects, and small interior or exterior maintenance projects for existing facility space. The work involves demolition, construction of new partitions (brick, block, drywall), plumbing, HVAC modifications, painting, millwork, doors and frames, glazing, etc., as needed through rotational assignment or subsequent procurement. Instructions to bidders: Proposals must be submitted through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) system. Required forms must be submitted with your proposal: Proposal Submission Requirements (Section 6), Appendix A - Mandatory Technical Requirements (Section 7), Appendix B - Declaration Form (Section 8), and Appendix C - TPS Policies Form (Section 9). Only the top three qualified proponents satisfying a minimum technical threshold of 70% in Rated Criteria and completing all mandatory forms and requirements will be recommended for inclusion on the Prequalification List, subject to Board approval. For the purpose of this RFP, Tamara, Procurement Specialist, Purchasing Services is the "Designated Official".
