The Consultant will be required to provide the Ministry with personnel and resources to administer the construction of Walker Over Goat River Bridge No. 615 Highway No. 3 Major Works Contract. The construction supervision will be for all elements of the Major Works Contract for bridges, approach grading and paving works which is held by the Ministry and the Contractor. The Consultant will provide the Construction Contract Management, Project Construction Supervision, and retaining the necessary experienced field staff in order to monitor, inspect and administer the activities of the Construction Contractor and materials brought on site to ensure compliance with the Construction Contract. In general, the Construction Contractor will provide Quality Control services, and the Consultant will provide Quality Assurance services. Construction is anticipated to commence in Spring 2026 with construction complete in Summer of 2027. It is anticipated the assignment will start prior to tender close in March 2026, with the eventual assignment completion no later than December 2027 with the submittal of project close-out documentation.
