Bids are requested for pavement planing, pavement repairs, and the installation of ODOT Item 441 Asphalt Surface and Intermediate Courses with stipulated Traffic Control on 0.79 miles of roads in Brunswick Hills Township, Medina County, Ohio. All bids must be submitted electronically through the designated web service by the specified deadline. Each bidder must file a bid guaranty in the form of either a Bid/Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit equal to 10% of the bid amount. Contractor compliance with equal employment opportunity requirements is mandatory. All contractors and subcontractors are required, to the extent practicable, to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Compliance with the Equal Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 and applicable Governor's Executive Orders is required. Bidders must also comply with Prevailing Wage Rates on public improvements in Medina County, as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce.
