The area to be worked on is approximately 240m2. The wall is to be rebuilt using steel profiles. A section of block masonry, insulation, and an existing air barrier must be removed. The wall must be resealed, and the insulation, the system of bars supporting the metal facing, the air barrier, and all moldings must be replaced. This description of the work is for information purposes only. Refer to the plans and specifications for the full scope of the work. The building will remain occupied during the work period. Bid bond The BIDDER must include with its Bid a bid bond equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total price proposed in its Bid, including options.
