Renovation of a military facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 36,466-square-foot, two-story above grade military facility.
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists ofthe following 1. Indicated demolition and roof replacement to the Calvin Rampton Complex MTF Building. B. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Stage II Invitation to Bid. Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project. The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project: Project Description: Single ply roof replacement and RTU curb adjustments. Construction Cost Estimate: $700,000.00 Pre-qualification requirements: Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
