Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Peterborough, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
**As of April 20, 2026, the project was awarded to Tri-Capital Construction Inc. but the awarded amount is not available.** This Invitation to Tender is for repaving and front entrance repairs at Fire Station No. 1 and repaving the Provincial Courthouse parking lot for the City of Peterborough. Detailed deliverables are further described in Section B.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B). The second Site Visit / pre-bid meeting will be at 11:15 a.m. ET on February 25, 2026 at the Provincial Courthouse at 70 Simcoe St, Peterborough, Ontario, K9H 7G9. Questions should not be asked at the site meeting; they should be submitted directly through bids&tendersTM. Bidders must follow the instructions stated in section 3.2.1 of this document. Bidders will be required to sign in upon arrival. Only those bidders whose names appear on the sign in sheet will be permitted to submit a bid on this tender.
