Peterborough Utilities Inc. (PUI), through Trent Rapids Power Corporation (TRPC), owns and operates the 8.0 MW Robert G. Lake Generating Station located at 2 Woodland Drive, Peterborough, Ontario. PUI intends to select a consultant to carry out the scope of work under this Request, based on the Proposal submitted and the evaluation indicated in this Request. Interested Bidders can view the Non-Binding Request For Proposal at https://peterboroughutilities.bidsandtenders.ca and then register as Plan Takers to download the official documents. Non-Binding Request For Proposals (RFP) will be available for online submission only through the bids&tenders website until 2:00:00 p.m. Local Time, Friday March 20, 2026. PUGSC reserves the right to accept any RFP submission which it deems to be advantageous, regardless of the price(s) contained in that RFP. Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents.
