The project consists of the replacement of two existing screens and addition of a third screen; replacement of two existing washer/compactors and addition of a third washer/compactor; replacement of three existing blowers; construction of a new 115-ft clarifier; addition of one RAS pump to the existing RAS/WAS pump station; replacement of existing aeration system and conversion to MLE process; construction of a new MLE basin; installation of a new UV system; installation of three new tertiary cloth media filters; installation of a new chemical feed system; yard piping; and site improvements.
