Description

Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 750-space parking garage; and for the renovation of a transportation facility.

This will be a design-build project to expand an existing parking garage. Terminal access will be improved and approximately 750 parking stalls will be added. As of February 24, 2026, a design firm has not been selected for this project. It is still in the early planning phase. Construction is expected to start in 2027 and be complete in 2028.
