Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cumberland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are invited for improvements for the 2026 Resurfacing Project in Guernsey County, Ohio. The work consists of everything necessary to complete the project as shown by the plans and specifications. Specifications, contract and proposal forms, and full information for bidders are available from the Fiscal Office of Westland Township for a $50.00 non-refundable charge. Required forms to be submitted in the bid package include Proposal Bond, Experience Statement, Time of Completion, Personal Property Tax Affidavit, and Proposal Forms. State prevailing wage applies to this project. Each proposal must include a certified check or bid bond for 5% of the total bid as a guarantee. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond for 100% of the total bid, a certificate of insurance, and workers compensation certificate. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors can submit bids. All envelopes must be marked "2026 RESURFACING PROJECT." The owner reserves the right to waive formalities or reject any or all bids.
