This project consists of the installation of a new electrical generator transfer switch for a Water Reclamation Facility. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference. Deadline for Inquiries March 13, 2026 at 4:00 pm Local Time Any questions regarding this RFB should be submitted by way of email to info@ojrsa.org n The Oconee Joint Regional Sewer Authority ("OJRSA" or "Owner") is requesting bids from contractors, hereafter referred to as "Offerors" or "Contractors," interested in a multiple task project at the Coneross Creek Water Reclamation Facility in Seneca, South Carolina. The OJRSA system consists of the Coneross Creek Water Reclamation Facility ("WRF," permitted at 7.8 million gallons per day), approximately 65 miles of gravity sewer, 15 pump stations, 24 miles of force mains, and three (3) permanent flow metering stations. The three (3) flow monitoring stations record flow that enters the OJRSA conveyance system from its three Member Cities: Seneca, Walhalla, and Westminster. This Project consists of the installation of a new electrical generator transfer switch for the Water Reclamation Facility. OJRSA will select one (1) Contractor to complete the project. The contract method will be a standard services contract as provided by Contractor Provide a complete electrical system as indicated on the Drawings and Specifications as needed for a complete and proper installation including, but not necessarily limited to: A. Furnish and install: 1. Medium voltage main service and feeders. 2. Medium voltage automatic transfer switch. 3. Pad mounted transformer. 4. 2,000 A generator docking station. 5. 480 V feeder system, in conduit, from docking station to pad mounted transformer. 6. Combination power center and branch circuit wiring, in conduit, for receptacles. 7. Automatic transfer switch (ATS) remote control station. 8. Reinforced concrete equipment pad. 9. Reinforced concrete duct bank and handhole for 480v feeder and spare conduit between office complex and equipment pad. B. ATS manufacturer to perform/oversee startup services for ATS. C. Other items and services required to complete the systems whether particularly mentioned or not.
