New construction, repair, and renovation of civil works projects, facilities, roadways, and recreational areas includes design-build and design-bid-build services to support multiple firm-fixed-price task orders across the Northwestern Division project sites. Work may include civil construction such as site utilities, drainage, paving, waterstop installation, and geotechnical activities; structural and architectural systems involving concrete, structural frames, hydraulic steel structures, fall protection, roofing, elevators, new buildings, and building renovations; electrical systems including power distribution, generators, lighting, and control systems such as SCADA, PLC, fire, security, and ICT; and mechanical systems involving HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and industrial equipment such as pumps, cranes, hydraulics, and compressors. The effort supports a planned multi-award task order contract with a base period of five years, minimum task order value greater than the simplified acquisition threshold, maximum task order value of $10 million, and an estimated total capacity of $99 million. The anticipated source selection method is a two-phase design-build and design-bid-build best-value trade-off process, and awardees must meet Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 2 requirements for protecting Controlled Unclassified Information.
