St. Andrews Park is a parks and recreation improvement project. The project objectives are to replace the existing decomposed granite walking trail with an ADA compliant, seven foot wide concrete walking trail, construct five workout stations with three pieces of exercise equipment installed in each pad, mitigate areas of historic ponding along the existing walking trail path, and resurface the existing swing set area near the Elina Playground with pour-in-place surfacing. It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all Bid Documents and Construction Drawings, including proper scaling and paper dimensions. Bidders are advised to refer to Request for Bids Section 5 for a list of required bid submittals. Failure to submit or upload all required documents may result in an irregular or non-responsive bid submittal. Sealed Bids may be submitted either electronically using the CivCast USA website or via a flash drive delivered in a sealed envelope.
