Sealed bids must be received by the City’s Public Works/Engineering Department at 201 West Sierra Avenue, Cotati, California, by 3:00 p.m. on March 3, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the conference room in the City of Cotati City Hall.
