Pre-Referendum Architectural and Engineering Design Services are being provided for the project located at 44 William F. Palmer Road, Moodus, CT 06469. The project involves developing a preliminary site/floor plan and project budget for the proposed 14,000 sq ft new construction and the demolition of the existing building. The estimated total cost of the project is $14,000,000, which includes FF+E costs and all professional fees. The project's funding is pending town referendum approval, and federally mandated requirements, submissions, and restrictions may apply. Bidders must submit their qualification statements in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the project, with seven copies and one electronic PDF on a flash drive. The Town of East Haddam reserves the right to waive any informalities or defects, to accept other than the lowest bid if deemed in the best interest of the Town, and will not consider qualifications, amendments, or withdrawals after the submission deadline.
