Gainesville ISD is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to replace approximately 34,000 square feet of Mod-Bit roofing at Gainesville Junior High School. Proposals will be reviewed by a committee and evaluated as follows: Proposed Cost-50%, References-10%, Quality of the proposer's goods and services-10%, Extent to which the services meet the District's needs-15%, Past Experience with the District-10%, HUB Certification Verification-0%, and long-term cost to the District to acquire the vendor's services-5%.
