The Project scope includes Removal, Prune, Stump and Grind high risk trees within right of ways at various locations in Prince Georges County. MBE Participation (%) 30.00 Questions: Submit all questions by February 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Questions will be received Oral questions will not be entertained. All questions and responses will be published as an Addendum to the solicitation. In the event the Contractor shall fail to complete the work per the contract and task duration, the contractor shall pay to the County the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per calendar day late, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, received as a result of this solicitation and to waive any minor irregularities. Further, the County reserves the right to make a whole award, partial award, or no award at all.
