Provide ductile iron poles Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to 2345 River Road, The Dalles, OR 97058. Only ductile iron poles will be considered. All power poles must meet or exceed the specifications included in Exhibit A. Any poles delivered that do not meet the specifications will be returned to or disposed of at the cost of the supplier. Bids must include a completed Bid Form (Exhibit B), material specifications, test reports, and standard engineering documents. Any deviations from the ITB documents must be listed in Exhibit B. All amendments must be listed on Exhibit B or the bid will be rejected. Submit one hard copy and one flash drive containing all required contents. Physical copies must be delivered and received in strict accordance with the Instructions to Bidders prior to the bid opening time. The District may base award decisions on cost and/or delivery date and may accept or reject any or all bids as it deems in its best interest.
