On demand HVAC repair services as needed for residential units scattered throughout Clackamas County. Bid prices shall remain valid for two years. The bid must include all material, labor, and travel expenses required to perform the work, and all work must comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. No minimum workload is guaranteed. Services include on-demand repair and semi-annual maintenance for six roof top units (RTUs) at 13930 S. Gain Street, Oregon City, with specific tasks listed for both maintenance and repair. Contractors must itemize all invoices, showing all labor and materials at the rates provided. Bidders should respond to questions regarding business hours, emergency service, disposal of equipment, material provision by HACC, ability to complete services in one trip, and diagnostic fees. Compliance with specified wage rates and HUD’s procurement and wage requirements is mandatory, including possible wage interviews, submission of certified payroll, or providing paystubs/timecards as proof of hourly rates paid for work performed.
