Renovation of an educational facility in Kirksville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Truman seeks a qualified contractor to provide and install window film on the first-floor exterior windows located on the west side of McClain Hall. This RFB contains specific information that must be addressed in the contractor's response. This RFB, and any subsequent addenda, constitute the specifications and requirements for this project. Any communications regarding specifications and requirements should be directed to Truman's Purchasing Buyer referenced on the first page of this RFB, and it is the contractor's responsibility to ensure any request for information is received by Truman's Purchasing Buyer. Before responding, contractor(s) will conduct an in-person inspection of the job site to satisfy themselves as to the existing conditions under which they will be obligated to perform. This mandatory inspection of the job site will be scheduled with Truman's Purchasing Buyer referenced in this RFB. Information provided in this RFB is designed to assist responding contractors, and such information does not alleviate the contractor(s) from thoroughly examining the site conditions. Unless specifically stated in the RFB, the following specifications constitute the minimum requirements for this project. The contractor may suggest additions or enhancements to the following requirements. Additions or enhancements, along with their associated costs, should be clearly delineated in the contractor's response. A. Scope of Work 1. Product and Installation of tint to first floor west windows of McClain Hall a. Contractors will complete their own site evaluation and measurements. For reference we have fifty-four (54) exterior windows, fifty-three (53) windows measure 57.5" wide by 74.5" tall, one (1) window at the south end of the west side measures 57" wide by 74.5" tall. Contact Laura Thrasher at lthrasher@truman.edu or 660-785-4326 to set up a visit to the site for evaluation. b. Contractor will submit the best film that has heat rejection properties and UV protection. c. Contractor will fit and install the selected film. d.
